Church Community Builder

Church Community Builder is a church management system that is web based.  Members can log in and view church events and even view the groups they are involved in.  The beauty of CCB for small group ministry is each group has their own home page.  It has a “my space” feel.  All the members of the group can contribute to discussions, tasks, and opportunities posted on this page.  It also has the capability to keep track of attendance for each group.  One of the most unique features of CCB is the “process” structure.  You can create a process to help with anything from campsignups to spiritual maturity.  At any given time you can view who is in what step of the process.  There is also a secure checkin system that is great for children’s ministry.  The draw backs we have found have all been in the financial end of the software.  It does a good job, but is not quite as detailed as our old church management system.
