2005-2007
• Led the congregation of New Life Christian Community in establishing themselves as a biblically-based church. Preached on Sunday mornings and taught a Bible class on Wednesday nights. Developed leaders and trained a group of elders. Played guitar for worship team. Performed various other pastoral duties (visitation, counseling, vision casting, etc.).

• Directed and developed the high school ministry. Implemented and cultivated small groups. Led worship time. Brought forth the Word in a passionate and relevant way. Taught Bible class at Temple Christian School. Shared God’s Word at numerous speaking engagements. Performed various other pastoral duties (visitation, preaching, assisting in forming church vision, counseling, etc.).

PERSONAL STATEMENT
Rachel and I are able to relocate by August of 2008 to wherever the Lord may lead us. God has placed an undying passion in my heart to be a pastor/theologian for His Church, by being an uncompromising preacher and teacher of biblical truth. I believe that God has gifted me in the areas of pastoring and teaching and I desire to use these gifts to the utmost for His kingdom. My desire is to lead a group of people to understand the truths of Scripture, practically seek to live out that truth, minister to the needs of others through effective shepherding, and boldly share the way, the truth, and the life we find in Jesus Christ. As I minister to a local church I long to see God glorified by His people as they find full satisfaction in Him. In this way God will receive the praise that is due Him, and His people will see that there is nothing on earth that they could ultimately yearn for besides Him.
